Choose your preferred service
There are two counselling formats offered; Ongoing Therapy and Single Session Consultations. To choose the most appropriate service for you, see Services Outline.

Book your appointment
When you are ready to begin, select your service and book your appointment on Book Online.

Once you have made your appointment you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment detail. You will also receive an email reminder the day before your appointment.
Preparing for your appointment​
In your confirmation email you will be given a link to complete a questionnaire that will help Jenny gain an understanding of your concerns prior to your appointment.

Online consultation
Online sessions are delivered via Skype. Send a Skype contact request to 'Jenny.Makros' any time prior to your appointment.
At the time of your appointment Jenny will contact you, via Skype. Your part is to have found a quiet space and be logged into Skype on your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

In-Person Consultations
If you have made a clinic-based appointment, simply turn up at the clinic at your appointed time.

Session content and structure
The focus of your sessions will be informed by the nature of your concerns. Treatment goals are set collaboratively between you and Jenny. The session structure will vary a little depending on whether you have booked Ongoing Therapy or a Single-Session-Consultation. For more information on each approach see Services Outline.
Irrespective of which service you have booked, you can be sure you will be accessing confidential, sound therapy drawing only on methods backed by scientific research.

Session Duration
Ongoing-Therapy sessions run for 45-50 minutes. Single-Session-Consultations run for 20, 50 or 80 minutes depending on which you have chosen to book.

Contact Duration
The number of sessions required varies depending on individual needs and identified goals.
